Abstracted Obscurity
Patterns & Abstractions
Abstractions Obscurity stems from an older body of work, titled “failsafe” which has since expanded into even more abstractions involving light, which is all photography is, really. I like how the mind creates its own meanings by looking at something not in focus, blurred, or made to appear as something alien. Where failsafe featured long exposures of light trails from an automobile passenger window, this series embraces all photography that’s non-representational.
