On Saturday, Oct. 8 I joined other photographers on a #satphotowalkdetroit, where we started at the Fisher Building in New Center, meeting on the West Grand Blvd entrance towards the Boston Edition before circling back. After parking on the opposite side I exited the Fisher’s building’s west side and recognized some familiar faces and noticed many new ones as well. That’s what happens when you don’t go on these consistently.

First, amazing timing with this beautiful Bently just sitting in idle with the driver inside.

Second, a look up at some buildings, with some experimentation with color and experimentation with contrast.

Below are some portraits I’m really happy with, taken with a borrowed Sony 200-600mm lens!
