Visiting Chicago

On April 4th & 5th I went on a class field trip with Eastern Michigan University. We went to the Art Institute of Chicago, the Museum of Contemporary Art, and visited galleries in the West Loop neighborhood. During these times I hung out with some very cool people and made some new friends.

I brought my camera, of course, and took pictures. Chicago gave me new inspiration for still images and timelapse photography as well.

When we boarded the bus with everyone (50 or so students and four teachers) I noticed that I could see drivers passing us very clearly. The bus sat so high up and offered me a new perspective. Below are a few selections for a new series called “Drivers.”

Moving right along through Gary, Indiana I shot some beautiful cityscapes of their factories and power facilities.
